As part of our services we draw up complaints and lawsuits, make appearances and represent injured and entitled parties before common and administrative courts.
We provide legal protection by filing complaints against protracted duration of proceedings, complaints to the Constitutional Tribunal for declaring regulations as unconstitutional.
We represent our clients in proceedings before the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice.
